Mediation Services

Mediation offers an affordable, uncomplicated resolution to many conflicts. Many courts require mediation prior to setting a case for trial

Elizabeth is trained in mediation for civil litigation and family law. This means that she works with both parties to help them craft a resolution to a dispute without imposing a decision from an outside party.

Her training includes knowing how to work with both parties to find an agreeable resolution and keep the dialogue open between them. The Mediator has no say in the outcome but is merely a facilitator to the parties’ negotiations. Once a resolution is reached the parties have an enforceable contract without the uncertainty of a lengthy trial.
